Thank you for being an early supporter of ALSO! Depending on when you reserved your TM-B, you may be eligible for promotion credits to use toward your new bike and gear.
This guide explains the different promotional offers and provides step-by-step instructions on how to apply your codes at checkout.
Understanding Your Offers
Depending on your reservation group, you will fall into one of three promotional categories:
TM-B Launch Edition Pre-Order Customers: Free Alpha Wave Helmet promo code and a $250 Gear Shop Promo
Early Adoption Reservation Holders (OCT 2025 - DEC 2025): $350 Gear Shop Promo
Second Wave Early Adopters (JAN 2026 - AUGUST 17 2026): $200 Gear Shop Promo
If you are eligible for one of these offers, you have received two separate emails containing your unique codes to the email address associated with your order:
$50 Reservation Credit Code: Applies your original $50 reservation fee as a credit toward the base price of your TM-B.
Gear Shop & Promotional Codes: Applies your specific promotional value ($200, $250, $350, and/or a free Alpha Wave Helmet) toward eligible accessories and gear.
Step-by-Step Redemption Guide
RESERVATION CODES
To convert your TM-B reservation into a full order, follow these steps:
Check your inbox for the conversion emails:
Email 1 (reservation code): It will contain your unique $50 promo code, which applies your initial $50 refundable reservation deposit directly as a credit toward your TM-B purchase.
Email 2 (private access link): Contains a private link to unlock the TM-B configurator on the ALSO storefront. If you did not receive this link, it can be found here.
Log In to Your ALSO Account
Click the private configurator link from your email.
Log into the storefront using the exact email address used when placing the original $50 reservation.
Configure Your TM-B
Select your preferred trim, cockpit, and top frame options
Select Accessories & Delivery Method
Add any 1st-part accessories, Alpha Wave Helmet, or swag to your cart.
Select your assembly preference (Standard Freight direct to home or Beeline Local Bike Shop assembly).
Apply Code(s) at Checkout
On the checkout page, enter your $50 Reservation Code into the discount field.
Enter and stack your Gear Shop Credit in the discount field simultaneously (if applicable).
Complete checkout to finalize your pre-order.
To apply your Gear Shop and/or Alpha Wave Helmet credits and complete your order, follow these steps:
Open the Conversion Email & Access Link
Locate Email 2, which contains your private TM-B pre-order link along with your unique $200 or $350 Gear Shop credit code
Log in: Log into the storefront using the exact email address used for your original reservation.
Configure your TM-B (if applicable): Select your preferred TM-B model, trim, color and top frame.
If this is a net new order of accessories only, skip and proceed to step 4.
Add gear: Add your desired 1st-party accessories, Alpha Wave Helmet, or swag/apparel to your cart
Proceed to checkout: Select your preferred shipping and assembly option (Standard Freight or Beeline Local Bike Shop Assembly, if applicable).
Apply your codes: Enter your Gear Shop Credit Code or Alpha Wave Helmet Code in the discount field to offset your accessory balance
Important Terms & Eligibility
Eligible Merchandise: Gear Shop promo codes apply exclusively to 1st-party accessories (baskets, mounts, top frames), apparel/swag, and the Alpha Wave Helmet. They cannot be applied directly toward the base price of the bike
Email Verification: Orders must be placed using the exact email address associated with the original reservation
Post-Launch Reservations: Reservations placed on or after August 18, 2026, do not qualify for Gear Shop promotional credits
