TM-B Reservations - September ‘26
If you reserved a TM-B before August 18th, 2026, your reservation is ready to be converted into a pre-order. This article covers what that means, how it works, when your bike ships, and how to complete your pre-order.
Purchase a TM-B using your reservation
Reservations placed before August 18th, 2026 opened up for pre-orders on that day. You should have already received an email containing your unique reservation code, and a second one containing your pre-order link. If you don't see it, search your inboxes for emails from [email protected].
How to Complete Your TM-B Pre-Order
- Open your pre-order link. Click the pre-order link sent to you in your conversion email.
- Log in to your ridealso.com account. Use the same email address you used for your original reservation.
- Configure your TM-B. Choose your trim, color, and top frame. Your estimated delivery window updates in real time as you build your bike.
- Browse add-ons. At checkout, you can add 1st-party accessories, the Alpha Wave Helmet, and Beeline swag to your order.
- Choose your shipping and assembly option. Confirm your shipping destination, then select one:
- Standard Freight: Delivered to your door for a flat $150.00 shipping fee.
- Beeline Local Bike Shop Assembly: Shipped to a certified Beeline partner shop for professional assembly — $150.00 freight plus a $180.00 assembly surcharge ($330.00 total).
- Additional accessories: A flat $30 shipping fee applies to additional accessory orders, as they will ship in separate boxes.
- Apply your savings. Enter your $50.00 Reservation Code and your Gear Shop Credit in the discount field, located below the order total on the checkout page. Both codes can be applied together.
- Submit payment to complete your pre-order.
- Hold tight. We’re ramping up production and building thousands of TM-B builds that are as unique as you are. When your bike is in the warehouse and processing for shipment, you’ll get email updates every step of the way.
When I try to pre-order my TM-B, I only see "Reserve Now." What went wrong?
This is almost always a login issue. Check for these before reaching out:
- Wrong login email. Look through your inbox for your original reservation confirmation and makes sure you're logging in with that exact email address.
- Apple Pay / Private Relay. If you used Apple Pay or Sign in with Apple, your reservation may be tied to a private relay address rather than your real one. Check your confirmation email for the address actually on file. See if you can log in using this relay email, and if not, reach out to us to change it.
- Browser or cache issue. Try an incognito/private window, a different browser, or your phone.

What do I get for being a reservation holder from before August 18th, 2026?
You should have already received a special credit towards the Gear Shop to reward your patience while we build the future of transport.
