Does My Reservation Guarantee a Bike?
Your $50 reservation holds your place in line and gets applied toward your TM-B when you convert, but per our Reservation Agreement, it isn't a guarantee of a specific delivery date.
We are ramping up manufacturing of TM-B and reservation orders are our top priority.

How the Queue Works
Your reservation secures you a spot in the next conversion cohort, meaning when it’s time to pre-order the next round of bikes available, you’ll have exclusive access to ordering.
Then, ALSO announces the conversion date for that batch of reservations, and reservation holders will then be able to configure and pre-order their bike, putting you in the queue for shipment. Shipment ordering is determined by order placed date, configuration and availability, and location, so it may vary.
Everyone who reserved before August 18th, 2026, is already able to order. If you had a reservation from that window and haven’t purchased, you can do so at this link. If you reserved after that date, you're still in reservation status, and we'll announce your conversion date as soon as it's set.
I’m having trouble ordering my TM-B using my reservation. What should I do?
Read through the ordering process here. Common fixes include double checking the login email and trying a different browser.
What To Do While You Wait To Order
Log into your account, build your TM-B in the configurator, and save it as a draft. When your batch's conversion date arrives, you'll know exactly what to order and can do so quickly.
Does my reservation from after August 18th get me any incentives or discounts right now?
Not yet, other than priority access. Stay tuned, and we'll share more when it’s time.
Converting Your Reservation (after Aug. 18th)
Once your cohort is ready for conversion, we'll email you a personal pre-order link. Log in with the same email you used to reserve, configure your TM-B, and apply your Reservation Code plus any Gear Shop credit in the discount field at checkout.
Canceling a Reservation or Pre-Order
You can cancel your reservation at any time, just contact us at [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
