<h2 dir="ltr" id="isPasted">TM-B Returns &amp; Refunds FAQ</h2>At ALSO, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery to ensure you are satisfied with your TM-B experience.<h2 dir="ltr" id="general-policy-overview">General Policy Overview</h2><ul><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">What is the return window?&#xA0;You must initiate your return within&#xA0;30 days&#xA0;of delivery.</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">How long do I have to ship it?&#xA0;Once initiated, you have&#xA0;14 days&#xA0;to ship the item back to ALSO.</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">How are refunds calculated?&#xA0;Refunds are issued after our team processes the return. Note that shipping and restocking fees are subtracted from the final total.</li></ul><h2 dir="ltr" id="ridden-vs-unridden-bike-returns">Ridden vs. Unridden Bike Returns</h2><ul><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Can I return a bike I have already ridden? Yes, if it has&#xA0;fewer than 25 miles&#xA0;on the odometer. It must be in &quot;like-new&quot; condition and in its original packaging. A&#xA0;25% restocking fee&#xA0;and a&#xA0;$175 shipping fee&#xA0;will be deducted from your refund.</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">What if the bike is unridden? New, unridden bikes must be returned with all original components in their original packaging. A flat&#xA0;$175 return shipping fee&#xA0;applies.</li></ul><h2 dir="ltr" id="accessories--merchandise">Accessories &amp; Merchandise</h2><ul><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Can I return apparel or accessories? Most non-bike items (components, gear, apparel) can be returned within 30 days for a&#xA0;$10 flat rate. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Are any items non-returnable? Yes.&#xA0;TM-B batteries&#xA0;purchased as standalone accessories cannot be returned.</li></ul><h2 dir="ltr" id="starting-the-process">Starting the Process</h2><ul><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">How do I start a return? Damage incurred during transit is handled through our&#xA0;Warranty Process, not the return policy. Because &quot;New Bike Day&quot; is sacred, we require a signature for delivery unless you opt out.
