Can I pay extra for expedited shipping? 

ALSO doesn't currently offer expedited shipping. Pre-ordering quickly after conversion day is the best way to receive your bike earlier. 

Delivery is staged by trim: Launch Edition ships first, then Performance, then Standard. See the Shipping Timeline article for current windows for each.

Once your order is processed and tracking is available, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Can I pick up my TM-B at a warehouse to receive my bike sooner?

No, ALSO doesn’t have retail spaces or any way to pick up bikes in-person yet. Your order will be shipped to your house for a $150 flat rate, or to a bike shop near you for assembly, an additional $180. At present, there is no way to speed that up, as we work through shipping the bike orders we have in place right now.

Once my bike ships, how long does shipping take? 

Tracking will be available on your ridealso.com account once your bike leaves the warehouse, to let you know exactly when you will be receiving your bike. On average, our carrier partner SEGO takes about 5-7 days to deliver from the warehouse to your door, but we can’t guarantee a specific timeframe.
