What is a Reservation?

A reservation is $50, fully refundable, and holds your spot in line without committing you to anything. Think of it as raising your hand. When reservation holders receive a notice in their email that it’s time to pre-order, they can configure and check out for the full purchase price. 

In general, the faster that order is placed, the faster the bike is shipped.

Does a reservation guarantee me a bike?

When you convert your reservation into a full purchase, you'll receive your TM-B in the order your order was placed. A reservation isn’t a promise of a specific delivery date but honoring reservations is our priority until TM-B is generally available for immediate delivery.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancel any time, no cost, and your $50 comes back in full. Reach out to [email protected] or use our contact form and we'll take care of it.

Configuring Before You Pre-Order

While you wait, creating a draft build is highly recommended. Build your bike in the configurator and save it as a draft so you can reference the build and check out quickly when conversion opens. 

You can save more than one draft and name them, so feel free to experiment with different builds before committing.

Does my reservation fee count toward the price?

Yes. The $50 reservation counts toward your total build cost. Neither is an extra fee stacked on top of your final price.

When can I convert the reservation I have into a full purchase? 

If you reserved before August 17th, you can already pre-order your bike now. If you reserved after that, hang tight for your opportunity to be announced.
