TM-B Returns & Refunds FAQ

At ALSO, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery to ensure you are satisfied with your TM-B experience.

General Policy Overview

  • What is the return window? You must initiate your return within 30 days of delivery.

  • How long do I have to ship it? Once initiated, you have 14 days to ship the item back to ALSO.

  • How are refunds calculated? Refunds are issued after our team processes the return. Note that shipping and restocking fees are subtracted from the final total.

Ridden vs. Unridden Bike Returns

  • Can I return a bike I have already ridden?
    Yes, if it has fewer than 25 miles on the odometer. It must be in "like-new" condition and in its original packaging. A 25% restocking fee and a $175 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • What if the bike is unridden?
    New, unridden bikes must be returned with all original components in their original packaging. A flat $175 return shipping fee applies.

Accessories & Merchandise

  • Can I return apparel or accessories?
    Most non-bike items (components, gear, apparel) can be returned within 30 days for a $10 flat rate. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Are any items non-returnable?
    Yes. TM-B batteries purchased as standalone accessories cannot be returned.

Starting the Process

  • How do I start a return?
    Email us at [email protected] or use our 
    Contact Form. Please include your order number. We will provide a printable return shipping label.

  • How do I package my bike for return?
    Bikes must be disassembled and placed in their original packaging.

    • Missing your box? Contact support to purchase replacement packaging, this will be an additional cost.

    • Need help? Many local bike shops offer professional packing as a paid service.

Shipping Issues

  • What if my bike arrives damaged?
    Damage incurred during transit is handled through our Warranty Process, not the return policy. Because "New Bike Day" is sacred, we require a signature for delivery unless you opt out. Please contact Support immediately if your TM-B arrives damaged.
