How much does shipping cost?

We ship anywhere in the continental US for a flat $150.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. US only for now, but international shipping and sales is something we're actively working toward.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We estimate our carrier, SEKO, to take anywhere from 3-7 days from warehouse to your door, depending on location.

Can I track my order once it ships?

Yes, we will have tracking available in your ridealso.com account, and you will receive email updates every step of the way.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

Yes, you or someone you trust will need to sign for the package when it arrives.

Can I schedule my delivery?

Not yet. Following the tracking closely is the best way to anticipate the exact arrival time. Some last mile carriers will offer scheduling options or a courtesy call ahead of your delivery, but it's dependent on your location.

Will my TM-B arrive assembled, or do I need to assemble it myself?

Assembly is required. We will have detailed instructions and videos available for DIY setup. No experience is required, but it doesn't hurt to have, either. 

If you're unsure, it's always a good idea to have a professional handle it. You can have your TM-B assembled at an LBS (Local Bike Shop) for $180. 

Does ALSO offer expedited or rush shipping?

Not at this time. We're focused on getting all of our orders out in the order they came in. The best way to get your TM-B faster is by placing the order ASAP.

Do reservations and preorders ship in the order they were placed?

Ideally. In practice it may vary depending on configuration and availability. There are a large number of variations, and each bike is made à la carte with love.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

No, we don't yet have retail spaces to offer in-store pickup, and we don't offer warehouse pickup either. You can, however, have your bike delivered to a local bike shop to assembly, and pick it up there. It does not impact your shipping speed to do so.

Does the shipping cost differ for accessories versus a full bike?

Accessories ship for $30/order right now. Accessories ship separately from TM-B so there is an additional $30 charge on a full bike order for the gear. That may change in the future, but for now, order all of your accessories at the same time to save on shipping.
