TM-B - Shipping Timeline Updates 2026
Good news! The very first TM-B Launch Edition units started rolling out over the last week, and production is actively scaling. Units are moving through our logistics pipeline right now - from the manufacturer, onto freight, into our domestic warehouse, and out to your door.
What's New?
Throughout September and into November, we'll be sending specific timing updates directly to everyone who's placed an order. Your individual delivery timing is based on your purchase - Launch Edition purchaser or Pre-Order - and your configuration.
We're also updating RideALSO.com so that delivery timing by configuration is clearer up front; so future orders come with a better sense of when to expect the bike from day one.
The entire ALSO team is working hard to get every customer the bike you ordered as soon as possible, and we thank you for your patience.
TM-B Delivery Timeline
If You Purchased a Launch Edition:
Bikes have already started shipping over the last few weeks! All Launch Edition bikes will be packed, fulfilled, and shipped throughout September and into November, arriving in waves as production and logistics allow.
If You're a Reservation Holder that placed a Pre-Order:
Your bikes will begin shipping after the Launch Edition wave, with deliveries starting in the early November and continuing through the end of the year.
Exact timing depends on when your order was placed and how your bike is configured.
Tracking Your Order
You don't have to wait on an email to know where your bike is. You can check your production and shipping status anytime through your account portal.
Here's what to expect as your bike makes its way to you:
Arrival at our warehouse: we'll let you know your bike is about two weeks out from shipping.
Getting ready to ship: you'll get an update to help you prepare for delivery.
Shipping week: an email introducing you to our Customer Success team, a link to download the ALSO App, and resources to help you get ready.
Shipped: you'll receive your tracking number and can follow your bike all the way to your door.
Delivered: assembly guides, Ride 101 basics, and everything else you need for your first ride.
