move from our US warehouse to their soon-to-be new homes.

That means TM-B Performance bikes are just around the corner, and

we'll be updating you with exact shipping timing as Launch Edition

deliveries are completed over the next few weeks. Your next update is

Launch Editions - September 23

This is the update we've been building up to.

The first wave of TM-B Launch Edition bikes has officially arrived at our warehouse which means they're shipping to Launch Edition customers as you read this. You may have already received a shipping confirmation in your inbox (if that's you: hi, we're just as excited as you are).

But if you haven't gotten yours yet, sit tight just a bit longer. We'll continue shipping in waves throughout the rest of October, so your notification is coming very soon.

This is the part where we say thank you. For your patience, your feedback, and your trust in something that hadn't even arrived yet. You're so close now. And we’re confident every mile makes the wait feel worth it.

Now let's talk about the final step before your first ride: assembly.

Your TM-B arrives at your door partially assembled. The finishing touches are yours, and we've made a video walkthrough to make it easy breezy. Throw on the cockpit, front wheel, and pedals, install the Top Frame, adjust the suspension, and you're ready to roll. We estimate assembly will take 15-20 minutes, so we promise you’ll be ready for your first ride in (almost) no time.

Launch Editions - September 16

We've got an update worth sharing: the next waves of TM-B Launch Edition bikes will be in transit to the U.S. starting next week. Once your bike arrives in the U.S. and is headed your way, we’ll send an official shipment confirmation email.

Now that TM-Bs are on the move, there’s no better time to take a few minutes to get familiar with the bike you'll soon be riding. The best way to do that? It covers everything from ride modes, to charging, to tuning your fit, and is your go-to source for TM-B tips.

As your bike gets closer to arrival, we’re also stepping up how often we check in. You'll hear from us again on September 23 with the next update, so consider this the start of a more regular rhythm.

When will my TM-B ship? - September 10

The moment your TM-B leaves our warehouse, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with real-time tracking. Soon, you will be able to log into your account any time to see where your bike is.

Why is my bike late?

Short version: we chose to build TM-B the right way rather than the fast way, and that's taken longer than our original timeline allowed for.

A few things pushed the schedule:

Component supply. The circuit boards and chips that run TM-B's software are in higher demand across the whole industry this year. Not settling for subpar chips keeps TM-B as capable as we designed it to be.

Battery certification. We're working directly with safety standards groups to establish testing protocols for the TM-B’s unusually high power level, instead of turning down performance to squeeze under an old spec.

DreamRide precision. Our pedal-by-wire drivetrain asks more of manufacturing than a standard e-bike. We slowed the production ramp on purpose so every DreamRide system leaving our warehouse rides exactly the way it's supposed to.

We know a longer wait is frustrating, and we could have kept you posted more often along the way. Given the choice between relaxing our standards to hit an old date or holding the line and taking longer, we're holding the line. That's what gets a TM-B into your hands that's reliable and safe from the first ride, not just the first mile.

Your Launch Edition Thank-You Gifts

Every Launch Edition order gets a free Alpha Wave helmet from our first production batch, plus a $250 credit for the Gear Shop. Codes were sent to the email address tied to your order. Check your spam folder if you don't see it, then reach out to us if it's still missing.

Tracking Your Order

As we get closer to shipping, you will be able to check your production and shipping status anytime through your account portal. An email will be sent every time this status changes.

Here's what to expect as your bike makes its way to you:

1. Arrival at our warehouse: we'll let you know your bike is about two weeks out from shipping.

2. Getting ready to ship: you'll get an update to help you prepare for delivery.

3. Shipping week: an email introducing you to our Customer Success team, a link to download the ALSO App, and resources to help you get ready.

4. Shipped: you'll receive your tracking number and can follow your bike all the way to your door.

5. Delivered: assembly guides, Ride 101 basics, and everything else you need for your first ride.
